It's really windy this morning and the temperature is 15C. 15C?!? Yep, it's called the Pineapple Express and it's a wind that has blown in all the way from Hawaii. My Dad says it comes once or twice every year but it's never been this powerful. He knew it was coming because the high and low temperatures the past few days have only been two degrees apart. I think it's pretty nifty standing outside in a t-shirt and shorts and feeling warm while the wind blows past me at high speed.

Woah, that's kinda freaky. One question though because I'm American, what is 15 degrees celsius in F?

The USA really ought to convert to metric.

I agree. But that is what they are thinking about us.

On second thought then i'd have to do construction 11 using metric. Eek! That's scary! Measurements in metric for construction 11 are in mm (Millimeters) so it's like 237mm for example. with inches it's like 1-100". or 3/4", etc. small numbers Grin.

Anything that still isn't metric in Canada would stay non-metric in the USA. Just main things like temperature and stuff would change.

It's El Niņo (i remember it's translation has something to do with jesus?) and it's always been there, so it wouldn't change the weather like global warming would.

This isn't El Nino (wasn't that a one time thing?). This is something different called the Pineapple Express and it occurs once or twice per year.
