It says there are 0 topics and 0 posts in this topic.

(Well, it says 1 and 1 now).

It says all the posts have been moved, to off topic, but why is this forum still here? Shouldnt it be hidden.

If you are going to make a rhetorical question, you have to specify that it is one in brackets, after the question.

example:
Why do we have to explain everything to Carlos and he is the oldest person here? (rhetorical question)

Shiny Awards is gone. Maybe I should lock this forum. Vanhal wanted it empty for a reason?

Or you could just say nothing. It is assumed that you will read it because everyone reads all the new posts, waits for more new posts, and then leaves.
