Just came back from my local 4th of July celebration. It was awsome!! Eek! It was America's 226th birthday. I wish I could have seen the one in New York or D.C., but this one was cool. Some of the other Americans describe their fireworks shows they saw if they did.

(A bit late but I just got back)

Ooo! So cool! I drove to San Diego for the 4th. Finally, to be back in the double digit temps. The fireworks were so cool, they went on for literally 25 minutes nonstop. We sat on a hill right in front of one set of fireworks and while that was going on, another set from some other park on the other side of a mountain went off as well. We could see the colored light exploding over the mountain and being reflected off a cloud. Needless to say, it was a cool effect.

While all that was going on, someone was blasting patriotic songs in his car and everyone driving stopped in the middle of the road (a major street) and got out to watch (crazy California drivers Grin )

All in all, a cool 4th of July. Cool!

We're not lying. Her birthday really is fourth of July. (And if you haven't figured it out yet, I was being funny because Manhunter is my brother so we have the same mom.)

Any calculator will work, you can even do it on paper. It's math just like you learned it in school.

Click View, Scientific. I don't know if there is a square root button, but there is a x^y button. Square root of 25 is the same as 25^(1/2). There is a PowerToy for Windows XP called PowerToy Calculator that has everything you could ever want in a calculator.

I am doing ok I guess. A bit tired of doing the same stuff for over a month now, but when I get bored of something there's usually something else to do. What I really need is a vacation, but that's not until August.
