The akira mod is just a texture and sound mod, no new maps, no new storyline really.

And no, Ensign_Kim's mod is Voyager Series 8, the other one, is Danne's Virtual Voyager.

a) Danne's mod is canon. Ensign_Kim's is more fun/experimental.

b) Ensign_Kim's mod is set AFTER Voyager gets home. Danne's is from what's on the TV.

c) Ensign_Kim's will eventually be Voyager Series 8, a Single Player mod with missions. Danne's is just a tour.

d) They're made by different people!

Wow, those PICS look really good. So Have you just been doing this for fun in your spare time? If not is there any way I could maybe be a beta tester Grin

Edit: Or maybe a reviewer. I am pretty good at writing reviews.

Not sure what to say about Akira Mod, except that it's very colorful. Different.

Anyways, I think a canon Voyager is better than a fun/experimental Voyager. Tell Danne to use thumbnails for his screenshots. I wish I could join the team, but I don't have any skills that would be of any use. Let me know if you ever need a beta tester or if you need any sound work done.

I just did it at home in my spare time. However, there is NO way I can release it at the moment anyway. The size of the file (skins, textures, sounds, video) is 37.1MB. EEK! That's a lot. Unless I get broadband, and a lot of webspace, i dont think it would get released. And I'm not even finished! Nowhere near!

And thanks Scooter Smile Grin

I agree with scooter, it's....colourful. I love the master systems display and the console in engineering the most. Funny plaque quote LOL!

Well, I thought the voyager raven bridge was, well, dull. The colours were grey, dark. Horrible looking really. So, I wanted to give it a nicer feel. And it does!

I wish someone would release a version on the voyager bridge that wasn't in Red Alert lighting! The bridge should be bright in green alert.
I understand that you can do dynamic lighting in EF but that BC bridge has no excuse Wink

Are you talking about EF or BC? On the galaxy-class BC bridge the lights go dim on red alert, but I can't remember if they do in EF or not.

I know, its always too dark.

And in BC, when at red alert, the WHOLE CEILING FLASHED RED! Grrr! THE WHOLE CEILING DOES NOT FLASH!

Yeah what's up with that? Please don't post in ancient topics.
