Actually it was the biggest earthquake in 10 years, not ever. I was watchin about it on sky news. The epicenter was in birmingham but it reached out as far as manchester, london and parts of wales! They say you get one like that every 8 - 10 years. Nobody was hurt though i think, it wasn't that big. There was also an aftershock after it that was 2.something.

Those are the kind of quakes we have over here in British Columbia. Everything shakes for a bit, but not much damage.

I remember I was in an earthquake once. It was strange becuase we never have earthquakes here. It was a couple of years ago. I was laying on the floor in my house watching TV at about 2 a.m. when I felt the floor tip left, then right (like a boat rocking), then it righted itself. It was so slight that I thought I had imagined it. I was really tired after all. It wasn't until my dad ran downstairs and asked if we felt it that I knew it was real. We went outside and looked at our pool (the same one I blew up). The water was going back and forth and sloshing up over the sides.

Later we heard that the earthquake happened in California, we were just close enough to barely feel it.

Now that he's no longer (2)6, he has to redo all his math.

He didn't litterally blow up his pool. He put a dry-ice bomb in it. It just made a big water-mushroom-cloud

You need it? as in you can't live without it? How do you expect to pay for it?

Considering Carlos lives in Ontario, and it's so humid there, I can understand why he thinks he needs a swimming pool. It's worse over there than at our house, and we have a swimming pool. Cool!
